  • Joke of a report. Name me the driver who won the biggest race in the racing calander - Dario Franchitti. If your going to publish garbage like the above, please ensure you include all British drivers and that includes scottish drivers

  • You got me. That was a blunder. For winning the Indy 500 and Indy Racing League series Dario Franchitti definitely deserves to be in the top ten, in fact the top three.

But I didn’t deliberately ignore Scottish drivers - di Resta and Coulthard are both in there.

  • well spotted big A dario was stunning this year , also worth a mention as a racer not in cars but james toseland again winning the world suprebike championship was a stunning result.

  • You all seem to be forgetting the “main man” Allan Mcnish, another Scottish great.

  • I personally believe that I, Jason Plato, deserve to be Number 2 on this list, with Priaulx No.1 and that rookie Hamilton trailing in my wake.
He stepped into the best car in the field, and botched a title challenge by parking in some gravel. Meanwhile, I drove the pants off a slow Spanish family car, also coming close to winning the title, but I missed out due to a combination of no straight line speed, and having set myself on fire a couple of days before the final round.
