The news is out – the next James Bond adventure will be called “Quantum of Solace”.
The intrigiuing title comes from a collection of short stories and the original story features Bond at a ‘boring dinner party’ – thankfully producers have totally ignored the plot and ramped up the action.
Producer Michael G Wilson said: “There’s much more action in this film compared to the last movie – probably twice as many action sequences. It’s pretty much action packed.”
And although the action sounds tempting – the name is a somewhat strange choice.
Used to the likes of “Live and Let Die”, “Goldfinger”, and of course, “Dr. No”, “Quantum of Solace” goes against the grain of traditional Bond titles.
