Great car but the paint came off the bumpers of my wifes car when it was washed for the first time,and one wing started bubbling.Sorted under warranty but not what you expect in 2009

the newer fiesta passed the mk3 xr2i are too underpowerd i have a mk1 xr2 and it is an iconic car they new cars are underpowerd and too much weight but yes the will be a succsess for younger drivers

I have it,and it was worth the 4 month wait, for it from the factory as I wanted the USB port which I forgot about at first so got missed off! I wanted the Zetec S (after owning the two previous Zetecs) but I also wanted the keyless entry, so had to move up to the Titanium, and went from the two previous 1.4 tdci to the 1.6, and it certainly goes, and with the ESP on it aswell, it sticks to the road.
I would recomend it to anyone, and I know someone who might downsize from his 51 Mondeo for it!

I’ve bought a new Fiesta and it is certainly worth the three months wait (it was a factory order for the spec. I wanted, a five door 1.6 TDCI Titanium). I spent nine months researching small cars before ordering this car and considered pretty well every one on the market before deciding. I had many test drives and courtesy cars as I was down-sizing from my company car. So far, the Fiesta lives completely up to expectations. Driving dynamics are superb, it rides like a larger car, the 1.6 diesel has loads of ‘umph’ in a car this size and seats are very comfortable. Small niggle, the heated windscreen takes some getting used to as the elements are just about visible. On the face of it, it’s obvious competitor is the Vauxhall Corsa but the Corsa is way behind in most respects in my opinion, particularly ride, steering and gearchange.

I have previously owned 2 Fiestas, a Mk 4 and a Mk 5, and its looking likely for me to get another Fiesta Zetec S, however I just wish i had enough money to buy a new one…

This will be my 3rd Fiesta i have had one mk3 one mk 5 and now just ordered my New 08 model really nice car cheap to run and insure and looks really fresh.

I like the look of the new Fiesta, but I’m much more interested in a new Fusion, as I prefer a higher driving position. When will the replacement Fusion be launched?

Hi there I remember the Mk1 Fiesta very well. My nan (who is no longer with us) used to have one it was red with a black vinyl roof it was a 1.1L model; I can even remember the registration number KSP 81X
