Only yesterday we were talking about how popular Audis are – now it seems Santa is swapping reindeer power for a 420bhp Audi R8.

We spotted these pictures of a Christmas-themed Audi R8 on Dutch car site Autogespot:

Is an R8 a practical choice for Santa?

It’s obviously got plenty of power and four-wheel drive will be useful for those snowy lanes. But does it have enough storage space for all those presents? We reckon the V10 RS6 is what he really needs.

    I dont like it. Santa should drive a sleigh. An r8 isn’t right for him as he wontt get my presants in the boot.
