Coolest film cars – your vote

Transformers

We’ve just run video of a 101-year old driver who decided that his life had a large V8-powered Chevrolet-shaped hole in it…

So said centenarian popped into his local Chevy dealer and laid down the readies to drive out in a brand new Transformers spec Chevrolet Camaro – complete with a 400bhp V8 engine.

Now, we’re all for film nostalgia, but a bright yellow Chevy? It might work in Transformers – a world populated by 30ft robots knocking ten shades of **** out of each other. It may even work in the States, where you can legitimately buy a half-pound of fries to go with your burger made from one cow.

Brash, it certainly is. And heck, drive one on this side of the pond and you might even get some respect – it’s a fabulously retro-looking car after all. But yellow?

Anyway, this got us thinking – what’s the coolest film car you’ve seen? Would you buy the original KITT from Knight Rider? How about the gloriously 1980s A-Team van?

What about the bright orange modified Toyota Supra from our favourite cheese fest The Fast & The Furious? Just a few to get you going…over to you.

    Coolest film car?

‘Pussy Wagon’ from Kill Bill Vol 1.

  3. The new autotrader – cars for sale section is painstakingly slow and unreliable. I have so far tried it on 6 different computers and unfortunatly only one had a good outcome. The van, trucks and plant for sale sections are still ok.
Can something be be do or revert back to the old webpage or at least have that as an option if others prefer the new mode.
