Forget America, Britain and Germany… Bentley is opening a dealership in Kazakhstan – the home country of fictional film star Borat.
Bentley says the new dealership is evidence of “the growing demand for Bentleys far beyond the company’s traditional markets”.
With the money made from Borat, comedian Sacha Baron Cohen could easily afford a top-of-the-range Bentley, including a Continental GTC Speed or Flying Spur Speed.
Bentley’s regional director for Europe Michael Mayer said: “We look forward to working with Premier Metro Group, whose understanding of the luxury market in Kazakhstan makes them the ideal partners for us in this exciting country.”
Premier Metro Group’s other businesses in Kazakhstan include luxury watches, jewellery, high-end mobile phones and fine wines.
Kazakhstan brings the total number of countries which sell Bentleys to around 50.
