Harrods owners’ supercars clamped outside store

Schadenfreude – which roughly translates as taking pleasure in other people’s pain – is a wonderful pastime. In this case, we’re enjoying the moment two ultra-expensive supercars were clamped.

A unique £1.5 million 1,018bhp Koenigsegg CCXR and a £350,000 213mph Lamborghini Murcielago SuperVeloce, with matching electric blue paintjobs, were clamped while parked outside Harrods in Knightsbridge, London.

Who owns them?

None other than the Qatari royal family – the same family that bought Harrods from Mohamed Al Fayed in May for £1.5 billion.

I doubt they were particularly upset – they can afford it.

  1. Legally remove wheel clamps without damaging car may be possible but its not practicle option.

You can legally remove a wheel clamp provided you donot damage it.This involves jacking up your car and dismanting the lower ball joint to slide the chain out, refit ball joint put the clamp in your boot and off you go,

  3. I wish i could have one of them too…..both cars are looking gr8……specially in that light blue color……looking impressive…………..
