Great Scott! Back to the Future is 25 years old today!

On October 26, 1985, Marty McFly took the driver’s seat in Dr. Emmet Brown’s DeLorean and started an adventure across the space-time continuum in a trio of tales that broke box office records and generated nearly $1 billion worldwide!

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of one of our all-time favourite films, Auto Trader are giving you the chance to WIN a Blu-Ray player including the 25th anniversary edition of the Back to the Future trilogy. Plus two runners-up will also win a Blu-ray trilogy box set.

For your chance to WIN just find the legendary Back to the Future car on www.AutoTrader.co.uk and all will be revealed…

On an entirely selfish note, we invited a specially modified DeLorean to visit the Auto Trader offices so we could gawk at its general awesomeness and get up close to the Flux Capacitor. Ok, so we didn’t travel back to 1985 but it felt like it as the Auto Trader staff took it in turns to don the  Marty-style body warmer and take a seat next to the Doc!!

  1. I think the first one was the best…That De Lorean was an amazing car…!

  2. Gosh it seems like only yesterday.

  3. I remember seeing a De Lorean on ebay one time, I don’t know who bought it but it sounded like a mission to maintain. I think I will just stick to my Back To The future trilogy box set for the time being :)
